Roost is an independent Norfolk property company working across residential sales, lettings and property management.

But the idea behind it is broader than that.

More than property.

People move. Families grow. Investments change direction. Landlords sell. Homeowners become landlords. Buyers become investors.

And somewhere in amongst all of that are the ordinary things that rarely make it into an estate agent's brochure — time, money, plans, uncertainty and the occasional complete change of mind.

Roost was built to work with that reality.

Not simply to handle one transaction and disappear when it's finished.

OUR APPROACH

We'd rather be useful than impressive.

That means telling you when we think something is worth doing.

It also means telling you when we don't.

We believe in preparing properly, communicating like actual people and taking responsibility for the work we've agreed to do.

Meet Leia.

Roost was founded by Leia Cooper, following almost a decade working in property management alongside a much longer career in sales and earlier experience in residential conveyancing.

That combination has shaped how Roost works.

Leia tends to look beyond the immediate transaction: what is happening with the property now, what the owner is trying to achieve and what today's decision might mean later.

She remains personally involved across the business, particularly in client relationships, property strategy and Roost's residential sales service.
